Hi, I'm Jill
I’m a certified trauma-informed life coach, retreat facilitator, podcast host and speaker. My passion is guiding women back home to themselves and showing them how to reconnect with their true essence in a deep, profound and gentle way.
Most women are living in their heads…overthinking, beating themselves up and holding so much. They’re disconnected from their body wisdom and intuition to the point where they don’t even notice their own needs. They keep achieving and serving and still come up feeling empty and not enough.
They crave being seen. Seen for who they are, not for who they've been told to be. They want to be able to rest without feeling guilty.
They want to be themselves but struggle to know who that even is. I know how to help them find their way back to who they were before the world told them to be less this and more that.
Women who work with me or attend my events and retreats don’t get fluffy superficial or forced transformation. They get embodied, lasting results. I use various tools and practices to slowly and gently help them find their wisdom and truth. They realize that there was never anything wrong with them to begin with and that it’s safe to be themselves. And they now know exactly who that is.

After years of living in the shadow of my past, running from anxiety and smothered by perfectionism, carrying stories of not being enough while fearing being too much, I found experts who helped me find my way back home to the real me.Â
I later studied trauma and somatics and got certified in many modalities before becoming a coach myself. I’ve worked with private clients, groups and facilitated retreats and now I’m combining all of this into an exciting live event with 200 women.Â

I hope you’ll say yes to yourself and meet the community and experience you didn’t know you were craving.
